Review by hotel critic
Beresford Estate provides a harmonious blend of leisure and business essentials, making it a notable choice for corporate retreats. During my recent stay, I appreciated the efficient complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing seamless connectivity for remote work while I captured the stunning surroundings of McLaren Vale. The hotel's location is ideal, positioned near local attractions like the Bicentennial Conservatory and Adelaide Convention Centre, offering opportunities for team outings. The bar and lounge area served as a conducive space for informal meetings, while the restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with a range of local cuisine. The availability of outdoor dining areas enables a refreshing atmosphere for work or relaxation. I notably enjoyed the convenience of express check-in/out, which streamlined my arrival and departure. Given that I love nature photography, having access to scenic picnic tables was an asset, providing an excellent spot for reflection during busy work periods. While the estate has room for improvement, such as ensuring kitchen supplies are replenished, its amenities and responsive staff are commendable. With suitable provisions for business travelers, Beresford Estate is a strong contender for those seeking a productive yet tranquil retreat.
